    3. Supposedly they did come from Northampton county, NC. Which Futrell is you earliest TN ancester? Daniel came across the border from Trigg and Christian County, Ky after the War of 1812, which he participated in. It's been suggested (but with no concrete proof that I've seen) that he was the son of Sanders Futrell. Both he and his wife Mary Burden or Burken are brick wall for me.
