Linda: My son's girlfriend lives in Lexington and she told him that all the way into Lexington down Highway 412 to about the Courthouse there is damage on both sides of the highway. Some of the buildings are completely gone. The tornado then turned toward Natchez Trace and went on to Parsons. She also told him that electricity and water was out. I heard myself on the radio that the library did sustain damage. I think it was to the roof. This storm is the one that came through Jackson and stayed on the ground for 65 miles.
