Mary Laura Smith married William Gilliam about 1891-1892. She was born 3/21/1876 Henderson Co., TN from my information, d. 9/8/1939 in Snyder, TX. Her death cert. lists Z. T. Smith as her father, Mary Ann Barr as her mother. I believe Z.T. could possibly have been Zachariah T. Smith, but don't have any evidence of such. I have some deed records that mention him, along with some other Smiths and Smith girls with married names. I also have an obituary, which I also believe to be his. I also have 1 census record on Z.T. Smith and Martha A. Smith in Hardin Co., TN 1870. I'd love to see what information you have and if you think we may have some kind of connection.
