My sincere apologizes to the list for posting incorrect information about the documents at the Lexington library. I received the following e-mail and felt I should send the correction so everyone would know where they ended up. I was quoting what was published in The Jackson Sun when I e-mailed the list that the documents were sent to the Chester County library. > [Original Message] > From: Denise Joyner <dejoyner@fortunehitech.net> > To: <wwlee@usit.net> > Date: 5/7/2003 10:20:23 PM > Subject: RE: [TNHENDER] Everett Horn Library The historical documents from the Tennessee Room in the Lexington Library are not in Chester County. Most of the original works are currently housed in the Beech River Cultural Center and Museum in Lexington. The microfilm is being stored with the general circulation books in a warehouse North of town. Representatives from the State Archives have been here to assist. If you have the opportunity drop a note to the librarian and thank her for her selfless effort to protect these irreplaceable documents. She has gone way beyond the call of duty. The scores of volunteers are also due praise.
