Her name may be WILMA COGDELL. At least that is name on a recent Blue Goose column that I have in my scrapbook under Blue Goose. Ms. Cogdell might write about your quest in her column (probably for FREE). I read this column ever issue of the "Progess" as that area is of prime interest to me. I read in Blue Goose column that many of the people who live in that area get together at Poplar Springs Cafe. Also, the Blue Goose correspondent writes about history of that area sometimes as well as its people (from your query, you wrote, WALTER H.
