Marge, The only information I have on the Vaughn family is that my ggg grand father, Thomas Adams, married Ann Vaughn in Rockingham Co., NC and was in Williamson Co., TN by 1799. Thomas Adams died that same year and I do not know what happened to Ann after his death. I do know that Ann Vaughn was the daughter of David Vaughn, a Rev. War Patriot, who was in Rockingham Co., NC at the time that Thomas and Ann married.
