Hi, I am a new subscriber and am looking for any info on: Abner O. BIRCHETT [BURCHETT], b. 1823, was believed to be the same Abner who was found on the 1850 Henderson Co. Census. Am looking for his parentage, it is believed that his father was a minister, but nothing to state that as fact. My husband and I are also planning on visiting the area next June. Would like info on campground or other lodging facilities. Any help on library and courthouse info would also be helpful.
