Can someone tell me if there is a Washburn area in Henderson Co?  I know there is a Washburn in Grainger Co. I found a notes on my gg grandfathers Civil War papers where he said he was born in Henderson Co but another notation on another page that said he was born in Washburn. Thanks Sue Stanfill
