ABSTRACT Decatur County Herald newspaper, Decatur CoTn Friday, Oct. 21, 1921 MRS. P.W. MILLER received a telegram last Friday night about death of her brother-in-law, J.F. BUCK. died: 7 o'clock that morning at his home [notes: West Plains, Missouri] married: 1886 to MISS ELLA SMITH at Lexington children: Willie (female) and Guy Their mother died young and they became members of the BARRY family for many years. Sympathies to: dau. MRS. WILLIE McCOLLUM, son GUY BUCK Notes: -Ella SMITH Buck was buried in Lexington City Cemetery, HeCoTn. -Mrs. P.W. Miller was Hettie Eugenia SMITH Barry Miller b HeCoTn First married Henry M. Barry, physician and owner of Decatur CoTn Herald; m 2nd P.W. Miller. Hettie took over the "Herald" after her husband's (Dr. Barry) death. Henry M. Barry was brother of W.V. Barry, who was owner/editor of "The Lexington Progress" -"members of the BARRY family" in above means children lived with Mrs. P.W. Miller in Decatur CoTn.
