I may be mistaken, but I believe the History of Scotts Hill, TN, was removed from online website of www.tnyesterday.com, due to copyright issues. You might be able to obtain it on loan through interlibrary loan from the Tennessee State Library and Archives in Nashville, TN. I heard that the book might be reissued by the publisher.
