I found a note saying that her father was William Starbuck, however she is not listed among his children. She was born April 23, 1882 in Perry County. She married Charles Smith Austin of Scotts Hill, TN on June 15, 1904. He was born Nov 24, 1881. My mother always refered to her as "Aunt Minnie". Any help would be apprecated.
