    1. Re: [TNHENDER] Who were parents of Miranda Jane CRABB
    2. Mary, I just realized this morning that I should check cemeteries of Henderson Co. TN by David Donahue to see if he had resurveyed the Sardis Cemetery. See below for additional CRABB. In David's cemeteries, burials are alphabetized; and in cemeteries by Harris, burials were usually recorded by rows, often other family members with different last names but related to a person can be found easier in the Harris book. Families were sometimes buried near each other. I noted that one of the people below was a Mason, if this is your family, you might be able to find a record through the Tennessee Masons state organization in Nashville for him. The below is how the names appear on cemeteries by David Donahue. Source http://www.tngenweb.org/records/henderson/cemeteries/sardis.htm (There is a photograph of Sardis Cemetery on the Internet record.) Crabb, James, 1797-1858, "Rev." [replacement; recorded in 2004] Crabb, James, 5? 16, 1797-Oct. 7, 1858, "Rev." "Born in N.C." (broken) [Masonic symbol; broken through birth date; birth month might be March; recorded in 1999] Crabb, Lucy, 1799-1871 [replacement; recorded in 2004] Crabb, _______, 1799-Apr. 3, 1871, "Wife of Rev. James Crabb" (eroded) [four-letter first name and initial: ---y O. or D.; recorded in 1999] re: your message Appreciate any help with Miranda Jane CRABB born 04 14 1826, md. ca 1844 Levi WELBORN.
