Hi, Looking for information on the Arnold family of the Decatur and Henderson Co areas. I am looking for a family for my Thomas Arnold. He was born around 1820 - 1822 in TN. In 1850 he appears in Illinois. I can not find him before 1850 anywhere in IL. He marries in 1850 and stays with his wife and children in IL until his death in 1899. I have not been able to connect him to any of the numerous Arnold families in IL. I think he came to IL in probably the late 1840's either alone, with unrelated people or family with a different last name. Any help connecting him to Arnolds in Decatur or Henderson will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jo Ann
