400 BAD SYNTAX If you get this message trying to access files on the Henderson County school system server (where the cemetery files reside) you will need to disable Norton Personal Firewall. This seems to be a problem with the setup of the school system server and is not a problem with the cemetery and history pages I store there. I have this problem myself and would get rid of Personal Firewall except that I need it to suppress popup ads from rootsweb and other servers. David
