He married Vader Voy Duke 14 Feb 1923. And my grandmother was born 1 Dec 1925 in Jackson, Madison, TN. He was in WWII when he lost a leg. He died later in 1933 in a Wisconsin VA Hospital. There's another Grover Cleveland Sumler who was a World War I vet, and was wounded. He was born 11 Nov 1892, and died 23 Oct 1918. He's buried at Union Grove Cemetery w/ a military marker.
