Scotts Hill, TN is in both Henderson & Decatur Co. I have not done census searches yet on Jeremiah Austin & Matilda Hart Austin family, but according to "The History of Scotts Hill Tennessee" bu Gordon H. Turner, they were the parents of 6 children: Silas, Andrew,Minerva Jane, Henry C., Suzanne, and Pleasant. According to the same book, Jeremiah Austin was the son of Richard Austin & Sarah Morgan. I do have information on some of Jeremiah & Matilda's children. Several are buried at the Prospect Cemetery in Henderson Co.
