This doesn't necessarily mean no BIBB was living there during this time; it only means no one with that surname was on the list I have from "Ansearchin News" published by Tennessee Genealogical Society. I would search this site, especially the "Miscellanys" by Jonathan Smith: http://www.tngenweb.org/records/henderson/ There is a lot of information there.
