While reading "Sardis From It's Beginning to 1910" on the Henderson Co page, it tells of the "Big Meeting" place in Sardis that was mostly Methodist. Can anyone tell me if there was ever an actual Methodist church house built and formed there and the name of it if it was? Thanks, Sue Stanfill

Does anyone know of a LOVELACE family cemetary in the Henderson County area? Alan in Lexington, Ky
Could it possibly be Rock Hill School? If so it was about 4 miles East of Lexington in the Warrens Bluff area. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda Hayes" <lhayes@aeneas.net> To: <TNHENDER-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, July 17, 2003 8:04 PM Subject: [TNHENDER] Rocky Hill School > Hello List, > > Is there anyone who could give me the location of Rocky Hill School and > tell me what District it was in? > > Thanks for your help, > > Linda Garland Hayes > > > ==== TNHENDER Mailing List ==== > To unsubscribe send the message unsubscribe to > TNHENDER-l-request@rootsweb.com > >
Norton Personal Firewall and at least one other firewall software do not like the Henderson County school system file server. To access the cemetery files for Chester, Decatur, Henderson, and Perry counties, you will need to disable your firewall software and try again. I have not been able to convince the technology administrator that there is a problem, and there is nothing I can do about it. I cannot afford to move 450 meg of files elsewhere. David
