Hi Landt, How are you connected to the NEISLERs? I have more on that line than any other. In fact, the NEISLER line is the reason I am related to myself! LOL! I wish I had more on the USSERYs but that line is a recent discovery for me. I beliieve my Zachariah JORDAN married Sarah USSERY b abt 1821 NC. She is probably buried alongside him in an unmarked grave in Nebo Cemetery in Henderson Co, TN. My WALLACEs didn't live in Henderson Co that I know of. I haven't done much research on that line yet either. I descend from William WALLACE b abt 1802 in TN and died abt 1875 in Lincoln Co, TN. I am researching the following families that lived in Henderson County. Allen and Amanda Ham (buried in Sardis Cemetery) William and Vicey Ham Ethridge (buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery) William and Harriet Creasy Newman (buried in Elizabeth Cemetery in Crockett Co.)

Vincent/ 1850 census Carroll Co. does show Alvin , age 32 & Dorcas Rollin, age 26/ 1860 Carroll Co. shows Alvin , age 43 & Dorcas Rawlins, age 37, with 2 other persons in their home. Which ever spelling of the surname is correct, this almost has to be the same couple. Problem is, what is the correct name and where are they after 1860, and how is the name spelled? I descend from James Maners [who apparently fell from thin air as there is no concrete evidence to his parents] and Julia Keeton. He was raised by an Adkisson family. My family line spells their name 'Maness' b/c of some Army records having spelled the name that way [at least I think that is the story]. To the best of my knowledge we are not connected to any Missouri Manesses. I do not have any in my researched lines anyway.
