I checked the Madison Co. marriage books and could not find what I am looking for. Perhaps the weddings are recorded in Haywood Co. Tennessee "Tampa" C. BOYKIN married Thomas Randolph SHORT before 1866. The Haywood Co. 1880 census lists 3 children: son LM age 14, son TE age 11, son JB age 7. Tampa's sister married William F. SHORT, Tom's brother, bef 1883. They may have had a son Charlie A. All four are buried in the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The Short's parents are buried there also. I will appreciate if someone could tell me when they married and the names of the children. Phil Di Matteo
