They are believed to be brothers. Gabriel b.1759? d.1812 in Hawkins Co., Tn, m. Miliah Keele, He was son of John. My GGG grandfather William Phillips (1805-1899) m. Jemima Pullen. He was son of Gabriel (1759-1812). William had a younger brother Gabriel (1810-1863)m.Sarah Horner and an older sister Mary Phillips (1792-1850) she married Jacob Smith.
