Thru the Matlocks and Williams I have a lot of information dating back to the 1850's... letters, pictures, household items, hair which I plan to have the DNA analized for Callaway. I am fortunate to have these items even tho most of the pictures have no names. Through deduction as to their origin I believe I have identified most of them, but can be certain. I also sent for pension papers for many of the family members and found a wealth of information I had not fomerly had. Through this website and others I have been in contact with many new found relatives who have generously shared their information and pictures, so thanks to all of you for sharing, especially Tony. The Callaways have a website on Rootsweb called CFA Association. My ancestry is Joseph Callaway > Richard Callaway and Elizabeth Hoy Jones > John B. Callaway and Martha Robertson Booker > John B. Callaway and Sarah Ann Dorsey > Edwin Henry Callaway and Matilda Matlock > Eloise Callaway and Milton Williams > Edwin Lee Williams and Emma E. Riedemann > my mother who is still living at 93.
