Henry and his son Joseph are listed in Civil District 4 of the Hawkins County, 1836 Tennessee Civil Districts. Fisher's Creek as well as the death place of Henry Fisher (died 3 Feb 1839 at the site called Dry Valley, Hawkins County) are in the geographical area that appears to be the 1836 Civil District 4 of Hawkins County as described in the publication written by James L. Douthat and published by the Mountain Press, Signal Mountain, Tennessee, 1993. Henry and Happy Riddle Fisher are not the parents of Hudson/Hutson Fisher born 14 Jul 1806 although identified as such a few years ago. Henry is buried in Hancock County, Tennessee. Whether or not Hutson Fisher's father William who married Sarah Morris was related to Henry is not known.
