Thanks for the transcription of this document. Now, regarding the note appended for Hezekiah Davis and Amelia Johnson, it should be that they had a granddaughter Nancy b. 18 Jun 1806 in Hawkins County who married Hudson/Hutson Fisher 14 Jul 1806-18 Apr 1847. Later in life, the widow Nancy Davis Fisher and some members of her family removed 1854 from Hawkins County, Tennessee to Jefferson County, Illinois. Nancy was the daughter of Lewis Davis b. abt 1781 in North Carolina and Sarah, surname unknown to me. Hudson/Hutson was the son of William Fisher and Sarah Morris. Sarah was the daughter of William Morris. William Morris left a will dated 22 Aug 1808 probated in Hawkins County. I'm searching for the identity of the parents of William Fisher and would appreciate any help in that regard. Also noted is that William Morris, although not listed on this 1790 document, opened an account in the Thomas Amis Store in 1787 per Thomas Amis; First Account Book, Big Creek, Hawkins County, Tennessee 1782-1789 (volume 7, Number 2, August 1991.) Marcella One of our Researchers is Carmen Johnson a descendant of President Andrew Johnson we have his DNA identified by the Letters found in his Presidential Library to his cousins. Carmen has done an excellent job in documenting him and her families. We have a copy of basically her reports filed under President Andrew Johnson. We have also Documented President LBJ's Johnson lines and have their DNA on file thru his cousins (2 of them) that took the DNA Test. (Of Note is where LBJ's DNA came from it is shocking to some LOL) We are also have a file on Vice President Richard M. Johnson whose wife was a black women 2nd lady of the White house, really worth reading. As in his time era this was totally not accepted.
