William STAPLETON is buried on Copperidge in Cantwell Valley in Hawkins County, Tennessee. He was born about 1755-1760 and died in 1818. He married to Elizabeth Rachel SIZEMORE (2 May, 1786- 3 April, 1873), a daughter of Owen and Elizabeth "Alcey" (Bingham) SIZEMORE.
