Kenner vs Gaines Price, Dec 5th 1882. Taylor Price died in 1880 intestate leaving a widow Minnie Price and five minor children, viz Gaines Price, Ralph Price, Robert Price, Elizabeth Price and Etta Price. Said minor children are without general guardian and said widow has since married one Henderson Adams. Live in the 11th civil district of Hw. Co. on the south of Short Mountain near the foot of said mountain and north of the Stage Road. Land joins the lands of Dr. S. M. Miller and Montgomery McClure.
