BUT..... The 1880 census lists Julia as follows: Julia 35 (widowed), James 11, Lillie 9, Laura 3, and Fannie 1. (Mary appears to be living with her grandfather, George M. Wolfe.) The 1900 census lists Julia as follows: Julia 53 (widowed), Fannie 20, Nittie (?) 16, and Lizzie 14. Who is the father of Lillie, Laura, Fannie, Nittie, and Lizzie If Iredell died in 1867? Does anyone know who these girls married?
