My father, William Hubert Lawson, said her name was Thursia, sort of a combination of THURsday and aSIA. He said she was an Indian woman who had no last name until she married Banks Lawson. My mother was surprised to see the Parvin, Parvine, Provine name when she did some research. Unfortunately, dad passed away in 2004. I have an aunt (Kitty Mae Lawson Shissler) still living (I think) somewhere in Kansas (I think) but have had no luck finding her. Please let me know if you get any information on her.
