I noticed the name among the list of neighbors on your post. My gg-grandfather, Henry Long b1841, married Margaret Fortner b1851. She was the daughter of William Fortner (possibly from VA) and Menervia or Minerva, last name unknown. I have been unable to locate any Fortners.
