I sent off for and just received the following for Calvin Anderson. Hope this is of use to someone. I have listed the source at the end of records transcribe. I simply typed what I saw and made no changes, this was basically a preprinted form with blanks to fill in. If the blanks were not filled in I left it blank. Please not the very last one did give Calvin's age upon entering service. Does someone know were else I might send off for records, if there was no pension application filed?
