She was married to John Lewis on 16 Dec 1847, in Hawkins Co., TN. I have been searching census records, obituaries, and other internet sources for about two years. I now know the names of all of John and Julia's children, and most of their dates of birth / death. There is an inaccurate list of their names in an online document which was a "Petition for Divorce" filed by Julia Ann Lewis in 1871. I do not believe the divorce ever went through, but the list of the children's names contains an error which other internet researchers have copied to their family tree, and repeated the same mistake. John and Julia (Wininger) Lewis had ten children as follows: 1. Henderson b. abt. Nov 1849 in Scott Co., VA d. ? after 1870 perhaps after 1910 2. Comodore b. abt. 1851 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. ? between 1860 and 1870 3. Louisa b. 7 Dec 1854 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. 17 Jul 1934 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY 4. Delphia Ann b. 16 Dec 1854 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. 17 May 1936 (I believe in Barren Co., KY) 5. Mike M. b. 3 Sep 1856 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. 24 Feb 1928 in Smith's Grove, Warren, KY 6. Lewis b. abt. Apr 1859 in Glasgow, Barren Co. KY d. 5 May 1936 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY 7. Emma b. abt. Oct 1861 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. 17 Apr 1944 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY 8. Jeremiah b. abt. 1864 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY (Jerry) d. ? 9. William b. 1865 - 1868 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. ? 10. David b. abt. 1869 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY d. ? I have certified copies of the Certificate of Death for Louisa Lewis (never married), Mike Lewis (married Judy J. McGlocklin / McLaughlin), and Emma (Lewis) Drinon (married Hiram Drinon / Drinin / Drennon). Each of these documents list the father as John Lewis (born in VA), and the mother as Julia Winninger (two say Winegar), born in TN (one specifies Hawkins Co., TN). Delphia Ann (aka: Delpha, Delfie, and Duffy Ann) married William Mansfield. One of their daughters was Minnie Lee Mansfield who married Charles Andrew Roe of Henryville, Marion Co., IN. Charles and Minnie (Mansfield) Roe were my Grandparents. They had one child together, my mother, Gladys Lee Roe, b. 18 Feb 1932, in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN (Charles was a widower who already had three grown children: Donald, Vic, and Mildred). After Minnie Lee (Mansfield) Roe died of breast cancer in Henryville, Marion Co., IN (24 Mar 1941), Charles Roe, a widower for the second time, and his 9 year old daughter, Gladys, moved to St. Joseph, Berrien Co., Michigan where I was born.
