    3. Don: Exactly! The overland trails generally followed old wagon train trails so these seed could have been planted. Then some went by steamship up the TN river to the Oh river then down the MS river to the AR river and went up it as far as they could and then went cross land to OK. Another bit-o-history: The trail of tears was not so named because deported Indians were crying.
