    3. Bobbi: I am checking the DAR Index for a James born in VA and could have come to TN in 1795. I find a James bor 3-1-1749 VA died 11-8-1839 TN Mar'd. Eliz Hightower Pvt.VA PNSR If you were lucky enough for this to be your James, you could get a copy of his Pension and that should have great info. I know there were at least two James Moores early, very near the Hawkins Co. border with Grainger.
