Laura I have a Delphia Ward/Bragg that I believe married a Fielding Carpenter. She was born aprox 1780 in NC or VA. I am wondering if her mother's maiden name was Delph. does your research show a Delph marrying a Ward or a Bragg maybe aprox 1750 to 1765 time frame? Maybe they had a female that married a Carpenter?
