Circuit Court 1852 Testimony of Richard Biggs taken by deposition in Jasper, Newton Co., Iowa. Richard was a resident of Hawkins Co., TN in 1852 (depo. taken in 1856). Was at Owen Sizemore's house. Shadrack Wallen and Calvin Stapleton came to Owen Sizemore's house drinking and "tromped" up the onions and other things growing in Sizemore's garden. Then they threw rocks at the house and called for Owen to come out. Owen shot out the door and Shadrack Wallen yelled "You have killed me!"
