Meredith taking in all these Russell girls, with Russell being of age anyway, would pretty well explain why he isn't living with Meredith in 1850. I'm really convinced (if I wasn't convinced enough already) now that Russell Lawson's father was Meredith. Oh, and I can't seem to find Meredith in the FTM 1850 TN census disk I have, do you know which household I can find him in? I wanted to look over all this info myself. Mark Lawson
