Hoping someone might be researching the Wirt family of Hardin Co. from 1830-1850. Sarah Henry married John T. Wirt 1815 Botetourt Co. VA. By 1830 John had died and Sarah was residing in Hardin Co. It appears she had two Henry boys...Alexander age 10-15 and William 20-30 in her household. By 1840 there were no males in her household and only one girl age 15-20. Living next door was Alexander Russell age 20-30 and his new bride age 15-20. William Henry had married Elizabeth Russell 1831 Hardin Co. and was residing next to Wm. H. Russell and family. The 1850 Hardin Census shows Sarah Wirt age 64 b. VA, Lucinda Henry age 24 b. VA, William Henry age 9 b. TN, Alexander Henry age 7 b. TN and Margaret Henry age 2 b. TN.
