Hi to all, I'm researching the Shipman family and various connected families from the Pickwick area of Hardin county. Recently I was given some old family photos that belonged to my great grandmother, Penelope (Stockton) Shipman. One photo is Joseph A. Taylor and his wife, Mary Jane Worley. Died: 15 MAR 1955, McCracken county, KY. 6. Samuel L. Taylor Born: 1905, TN. 7. Peter T. Taylor Born: ABT 1907, TN. * my connection is - Mary Jane Worley was daughter of Hannah Pickens and Daniel R. Worley. Hannah was younger half sister to my gr gr gr grandmother, Mary Jane Pickens, married to Wilson Shipman. --------------------------------------------- The other photo is of Hugh L. Died: FEB 1982, Hardin, TN. Married: ABT 1924. 2. Floyd E. Alexander Born: 16 JAN 1903, TN. Died: MAR 1982, Hardin,TN. 3. Brown H. Alexander Born: 14 APR 1905, TN. Died: 28 MAY 1988, Hardin, TN. 4. Ira E. Alexander Born: 24 MAY 1907, TN. Died: 3 FEB 1988, Hardin, TN. 5. Amy G. Alexander Born: 22 FEB 1910, Hardin county, TN. 6. Tommie G. Alexander Born: 17 SEP 1912, TN. Died: 9 APR 1939. 7. Would love to add to my info about these families, especially from any descendents. I tried to look up more on the Hardin county Cemetery census, but it seems to be unavailable right now.
