    3. Thank you for the information on Limestone Creek. I am not related to Shep Thacker, but he was a neighbor of my ancestors, the Wade and Whitlow families. Samuel Allen came to live with Shep Thacker in 1840 when he was 10, married Harriet Whitlow when he was about 25 and remained in this area for the rest of his life.
