    3. Jennifer and Betty, Below is about all that I have on the Lindsay family in Hardin County. It appears that there was more than one set. I believe those in the 1st and 2nd Civil district were related to Ezekiel Lindsey. Ezekiel lived and apparently died at Swift and more than likely is the first person buried in the Goshen Cemetery. However there is no stone to prove this. Perhaps it will show up in a Bible record somewhere. Ezekiel's granddaughter ran off to Arkansas with my great Uncle Henry Overton Cagle--that's an interesting story. I can show you on a map where the Lindsey's lived at Swift. 3. Thanks, David. The following entries that you posted are my Lindseys: 1860 John Lindsey 28 AL farmer 10th C. D. Margaret 25 TN Emily 6 TN George 5 TN Laura 2 TN 1870 Margaret Lindsey 30 TN (probably an Ingram?) George 15 TN Molly 11 TN Charles 8/12 TN 1880 Census, Hardin Co., TN Margaret Lindsey 45 TN TN TN keeping house. 10th C. D. Charles 11 KY TN TN You are correct, Margaret was an Ingram; she moved back home to her parents after the death of John Lindsey in 1869. Does anyone have any clue how all these Lindseys could be connected? thanks again, jennifer -----Original Message----- From: David Cagle [mailto:dcagle1@charter.net] Sent: Thu 9/27/2007 7:42 PM To: tnhardin@rootsweb.com; lcmtcol@gmail.com; Jennifer Mclaughlin Cc: Subject: Lindsey Jennifer and Betty, Below is about all that I have on the Lindsay family in Hardin County.
