Joe I surveyed that lake property in the 1970's for Warren Austin. That motel had already been torn down at that time. Warren's father was Ben Austin and both were already living in Savannah in the 70's and both have been dead for several years now. Their family originated on Horse and Holland Creek and I am sure they are descendants of the Stephen Austin you mentioned. Warren Austin had a sister that married a George Allison, however, I am not aware of a Nash Austin. Perhaps someone on this list can help? Nash Austin is probably Noah Austin, he had a son Warren born in 1921, both Warens are descendants of Stephen Austin the Rev War soldier.
