Looking for information on Della Tilthe Wigginton who married Louis Spears 1895 in Hardin Co. TN. Does anyone know who Della's father and mother was? I am very interesting in hearing that she was Native American, my grandfather always said we are Native American, but everyone I have had contact with says Wigginton is a English name.
