How do the 3 children of Mary Ann Pitts and Alfred Pitts qualify as heirs of Benjamin Summers? I can guess that Fealy, Lucinda, and Isaac Summer are the children of Benjamin. So why are the Pitts kids and Mary Bingham heirs?
