She was a U.P.C. Clerk at Wal-Mart in Selmer for sixteen years and a member of First Baptist Church in Selmer. Services took place at 1 p.m. on Sun., Aug. 1, at Shackelford Chapel in Selmer. Burial was held at Ledbetter Cemetery in Adamsville. officiating the services were Minister Max Walker. Pallbearers were Phillip Plunk, James Craig, Chad Moore, Bradley Gray, Casey Forsythe, Craig Exum, Allen Moore, and Justin Durance. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Ricky Thompson, her parents, Billy and Kenestine Wood Strawn of Michie, one daughter, Heather Payne of Adamsville, two sons, Joshua and Casey Thompson, both of Selmer, one sister, Lisa Lipford of Michie, one brother, Dickey Strawn of Adamsville, and one granddaughter, Kaley Payne. >>>>>>>>>>> DAVID LEE PATRICK, 45, died on Mon., July 26, 1999, at Methodist Healthcare McNairy County of self-inflicted gunshot. He was a construction worker for Tyrone Hydraulics for ten years. She is survived by two daughters, Jo Ann Harrison of Springfield, Mo., and Patsy Hunt of Muscle Shoals, Ala., one son, Sam H.
