I am researching my STARR family. William & Lydia STARR were in Hardin Co TN in 1845 when William died. Lydia and children came to Harrison Co Tx by the 1850 census and lived next to a Richard & Sarah STARR. Some names associated with them are JONES, BLANKENSHIP, PETTY, HENDERSON, SMITH, ONEY, CURTIS, JACKSON, NEWMAN, BOAZ, BOZE, MORRIS. Previously the STARRS had been in the Henderson Co TN area. I am told Milledgeville could be the area they were located. Also a Middleton Creek area. I am descended from William & Lydia's son Joel/Joseph A STARR(1834-1891) and his marriage to first wife Mary JACKSON in 1856 Harrison Co Tx. Thank you for any information you can provide.
