She was a homemaker and a member of the Greater Visio Church of God in Troy. Services took place at 2 p.m. on Thurs., May 13, at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Newbern . Burial was held at Pierce Cemetery in Trimble. Officiating the services were Rev. Danny Neal and Rev. William Matheny. Mrs. Troutt is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Klutts of Troy, and Helen Lowrance of Selmer, one son, Kenneth Troutt of Finger, 13 Grandchildren, and 17 gr-grandchildren.
