Joyce, My g/uncle Henry O. Cagle was married the second time and before 1870 to Isabella Fanny Davis, daughter of Joe and Harriet Perry Davis of Hardins Creek. Henry and Isabella had one daughter, Ader Bell Cagle, b. 28 Dec. 1877, d. 28 Sept. 1878. In Sept. of 1879, Henry left Isabella and Hardin County and went to Logan County AR with the widow of Z. T. Smith. Isabella got a divorce on 20 April 1882. She also got the land, the house, and whatever else was there. The same day of here divorce, Isabella married George W. Fisher who died on 7 Feb. 1888. She then married Ben W. Parrott on 22 Oct. 1888. I believe that is my only Davis connection. I am also interested in Branson Davis of the 2nd Mounted, U.S. who was killed by guerillas or Rebels during the Late War.
