When was its use discontinued? Who was the last operator? It appears that L. K. Laden was the last of that family to own the mill site. He sold out to A. H. Northcutt on 22 August, 1898. Their daughter Mildred Roberta Robinson (b,10-1886) married my g-grandfather Lon Calvin Spencer (b,3-25-1882) both in Hardin Co., TN. I had seen the name Laden's Mill on some census records.
