Dave, You are in luck. In 1860, Jane Davidson 26 TN, is living with T. D. Goldsmith 42 AL, Meram 29 TN, Margaret 12 TN, Sarah, 9 TN, Julian 8 TN, Martha 5 TN, Francis 2 TN, and Wesley 88 NC. They are living in the 14th Civil district which in 1860 was created out of the 5th , 2nd and 1st. There are two other Goldsmith families living near by. John Goldsmith 42 OH and his family. Next door to John is George Davidson 41 TN and a large family. Henry Goldsmith, 26 tn is living with the family of Marlin (Martin?) Hardin 34 TN.
