HODGES, Mark HARGROVE, J.V. HERNDON, W.H. HUDIBURG, G.H. HARDIN, Pony - Real name A.G. Hardin b. 1845 d. 1904 HARDIN, Watt HARDIN, Henry - a lawyer, he was highly thought of after the war. A son of Mark Hardin, he was a brother to the next man on the roster, George Hardin. HARDIN, Geo. - Another son of Mark Hardin. George was killed by unknown persons on September 6, 1868. According to Judge John Pitts, Hardin was returning home from church services and was shot from his saddle. HAYES, Lawson - a son of Wallace Hayes and a brother to Confederate guerilla Burt Hayes. He was elected as a lieutenant, but was captured before receiving his commission. After the war, he served for a few years with the U.S. Marshall's office in Savannah. He died sometime in 1868 of an undisclosed reason.
